REFLECTION WORKBOOK · 50 QUESTIONS

Look at your life
with truth and grace.

A personal and spiritual self-assessment to identify areas that need care and choose next steps. It is not a diagnosis nor a measure of your worth or your salvation.

How to use it

Print this page or write your answers privately. In the last 30 days, how often did each situation happen? Consider only the opportunities you actually had.

1 = never · 5–6 = about half the time · 10 = always. Use N/A when it doesn't apply or you'd rather not answer.

This version is a workbook to fill in by hand. It does not collect data, calculate results automatically, or send emails.

Turn reflection into care

A lower average may point to an area that deserves attention, but it may also reflect difficult circumstances. Choose one dimension and write a concrete example, a doable action, and who can help. There are no validated clinical or spiritual ranges for these scores.

Example: “I want to be more present. This week, I'll set aside a phone-free conversation on Tuesday.” Reflect again after a while, and look at your circumstances too, not just the numbers.

Editorial questionnaire under review, without psychometric validation. No questionnaire prevents idealized answers. Questions about concrete situations help reflection, but they do not detect lying.
